Contact: Bonnie Merrill Limbach FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SPI COMMITTEE ON EQUIPMENT STATISTICS NAMES OFFICERS FOR 2001-2003 WASHINGTON (May 7, 2001) – The Committee on Equipment Statistics of The Society of the Plastics Industry, Inc., (SPI) has elected officers for FY 2001-2003. The SPI group collects comprehensive statistical data on plastics machinery and equipment. Chosen to chair the Committee was William J. Gruber of Ferromatic Milacron, Batavia, Ohio. Vice Chair is Sandy Guthrie, Merritt-Davis Corp., Hamden, Conn. Mr. Guthrie also will chair the Extrusion Subcommittee. Others named were Auxiliary Subcommittee Chair Stephen Petrakis, Sterling, Inc., Milwaukee, Wis.; Auxiliary Subcommittee At-Large Representative Michael S.
