Henshaw, Assistant Secretary of Labor for the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), will be the keynote speaker at the Spring Conference of the Film and Bag Federation (FBF). The Conference, which will be held April 28-30, 2002, at the Don Cesar Resort and Spa in St. Petersburg Beach, FL, brings together all segments of the national plastic film and bag industry, including converters, extruders, recyclers and suppliers.
