(SPI) this week launched a redesigned version of its Web site (http://www.plasticparts.org/). Among the upgrades are the addition of award winning images of SPD Design Competition participants with company names, improved navigation powered by new menus with roll over options and a search field, and separate pages dedicated to the Annual Conference program, SPD member companies and division activities. The SPI Structural Plastics Division is made up of member companies that represent a cross-section of the U.S. plastics industry. Their principal products are in applications that enclose, support, or bear a load such as housings for computer equipment, automotive components, recreational products, materials transport, consumer electronics, construction, telecommunications and medical equipment.
