SPI: About the Industry: CES Survey

Committee on Equipment Statistics (CES)
Participant Questionnaire

In an effort to improve the quarterly and annual CES reports, we are asking all CES participants to complete the following questionnaire. This information will be collected via SPI's secured server and used to enhance the analysis currently presented in the reports. The questionnaire submission process is completely anonymous and the results will be kept in the strictest of confidence and used only for purposes of CES-related reports.
